UAE President visits Monument to the People's Heroes in Beijing

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan today visited the Monument to the People's Heroes in Beijing on his state visit to the People's Republic of China.

His Highness laid a wreath at the monument, which was built in honour of the Chinese people who gave their lives in defence of their homeland throughout history. His Highness expressed his admiration for the Chinese people's resilience in overcoming challenges, which has enabled the remarkable progress and development the country continues to experience today.
